This is an ''On-Request'' product and should be requested at the time of the booking or by sending an email to reservations@enterprise.gr for approval. The charge for the out-of-operating hours service is 40 EUR excluding VAT and Airport Fee and must be paid at the counter.

The minimum age to rent is 21. Underage drivers may rent the categories Mini and Economy and all other categories at a daily surcharge of 11.70 EUR excluding airport fee. There are no restrictions or surcharges for drivers aged 23 and older. Renters over 75 may rent all vehicles at a daily surcharge of 11.70 EUR excluding airport fee.

This is an On-Request service and is available in specific locations in Greece. Requires written approval 5 working days prior to the start of the rental. To arrange cross-border travel please email reservations@enterprise.gr for written approval. The vehicles can be driven in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Vatican. Vehicles must be returned to the agreed station in Greece. Surcharges apply and must be paid at the rental counter. The surcharges are 90 EUR plus VAT and Ap. Fee per rental and 30 EUR plus VAT and Ap. Fee for each rental day for MINI, ECONOMY, COMPACT, and INTERMEDIATE car groups. All other car groups are not available for cross borders travel. The vehicles are covered by TPI as long as are driven inside the borders of the country for which it is issued, and no other insurances are available for out-of-Greece rental. Roadside assistance while driving abroad is not available, the cost of the car repatriation in Greece is covered by the driver. A replacement car cannot be offered outside the Greek borders. If the rental is over 1 month, an additional surcharge of 90 EUR plus VAT and Apt. Fee must be issued at extra cost and 30 EUR plus VAT and Apt. Fee for each rental day.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the renters liability in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified. If CDW is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If CDW is not included in the rental or CDW is declined, the renter will be liable for the total cost of damages to the vehicle or the full value of the vehicle in case of loss or theft. If purchased or included in the rental the deductible is 1000 EUR for the vehicle categories Mini, Economy, and Compact, 1250 EUR for Intermediate and Standard vehicles, 1750 EUR for all Full-Size vehicles and all commercial vans, and 2500 EUR for all Premium and Luxury vehicles. The deductible will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged, lost, not returned, or stolen. In case of damage or theft, an administration fee of 25.00 EUR plus VAT and airport fee will be charged to the renter. This charge applies regardless of the party at fault. Before purchasing CDW, it is advised to determine if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage, or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDW is not insurance.

Exclusions / Voids: The vehicle is prohibited to be used, for infringement of provisions of the Greek Road Circulation Code, for purposes opposite to the Greek laws. CDW does not cover tires, lost keys, key fobs, transponders, damage caused using the wrong fuel, any damage or loss caused by the failure to take all reasonable measures to safeguard the vehicle or the keys or any other device which unlock the vehicle and/or enable the vehicle to be started, and roof or undercarriage damage to the Vehicle. CDW will be voided if damage is caused by: unauthorized driver, anyone using a vehicle without the correct license or anyone under the age of 21, use of the vehicle for hire or reward, use of the vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury, loss or damage to property or person, use of the vehicle for racing, testing or teaching someone to drive, use of vehicle whilst under the influence of drinks or drugs, overloading the vehicle with passengers, overloading the vehicle above the maximum legal weight, using the vehicle outside the Greek territory without our written permission, towing, using the vehicle off-road, transporting fish, meat, fruit, vegetables, live or dead animals, any kind of packaged liquid or dangerous or noxious substances, using the vehicle in a reckless manner, using the vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation, failing to report an accident to us during / or at the return of the car using the Accident Report, or failing to lock the vehicle.

Delivery and collection is an on request service. Please send your request prior to your arrival to reservations@enterprise.gr prior to your arrival. For deliveries and collections within a 15 kilometre radius a flat charge of 21.06 EUR excluding airport fee applies and must be paid at the rental counter. For distances longer than 15 kilometres an additional charge per kilometre of 0.82 EUR excluding airport fee applies.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it is collected will be subject to a one way fee. One way rentals must be requested at the time of booking. Unauthorised one way drops will be charged at the end of the rental. The one way fee must be paid at the rental counter. One way rentals between mainland Greece and Greek Islands are not permitted. Please find below an overview of the charges for the most common routes. One way rentals between branches on Crete Island are charged at 58.50 EUR excluding airport fee. One way rentals between Corfu airport and Corfu Acharavi are charged at 40.95 EUR excluding airport fee. One way rentals between Athens airport and Athens downtown branches are charged at 21.06 EUR excluding airport fee. One way rentals between Thessaloniki and Halkidiki branches are charged at 117.00 EUR excluding airport fee. One way rentals between Athens and Ioannina branches are charged at 351.00 EUR excluding airport fee. One way rentals between Thessaloniki branch to Kavala Airport and Volos branch are charged at 175.50 EUR excluding airport fee. TOTAL RENTAL CHARGES INCLUDE UNLIMITED MILEAGE, SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION, AND AIRPORT FEE. ADDITIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS MAY BE PURCHASED. ALL EXTRA SPECIAL EQUIPMENT AND PROTECTION PRODUCTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE ARE SUBJECT TO AIRPORT FEE AND VAT.

Renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of pick up. If the vehicle is not returned with the same level of fuel the renter will be charged a refuelling service charge based upon the fuel used. Please contact the local branch for details.

Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location. Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations. A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.

Covers the driver of the vehicle of up to 15.000,00 Euro in case of total or partial disability or death due to an accident, while driving the rented car.

The driver is responsible upon receipt of the car to pay the amount of rent and any extras purchased on the spot. The amount of the guarantee is blocked on a valid credit card or debit card of the driver or co-drivers mentioned in the contract. Please contact the local branch for clarifications. At the pickup, the guarantee amount will be blocked to the renter’s credit card or debit card and will not be available for use until the end of the rental (not debited from your account). It will be released by the cardholder’s bank after the end of the rental. It totally depends on the cardholder’s bank when the amount will be released. We are not responsible for any insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process. 24/7 roadside assistance is available throughout Greece. Exclusions: Exhausted battery jump-start, refueling service in case of immobilization of the vehicle due to accidental run out of fuel tank, lost or damaged vehicle key, on-site assistance in case of tire breakdowns, towing service, forced unlocking of the vehicle if the keys are locked inside the vehicle. Contact phone number of the road assistance indicated to the signed R.A. and/or provided by the rental agent at the time of pick up the car. It is recommended to contact the branch directly in the event of required roadside assistance. If the driver drives the vehicle to non-asphalt roads and the vehicle is immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance. This cover does not apply in case of violation of the Rental Terms and Conditions or if the wrong fuel has been added to the car. The replacement cost of the lost or damaged key will be charged to the driver.

All drivers must present a full valid driving license and a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters carrying a national driving license from an EU member state (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) and from Switzerland, United Kingdom, U.S.A., Canada, Australia, Gibraltar, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, do not require an International Driving Permit. All National Driving Licenses with Latin Characters issued by the following countries are accepted in Greece: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Central African Republic, Chile, Congo, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, North Macedonia, Georgia, Ghana, Guyana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Nigeria, Northern Ireland, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, South Africa, South Korea, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam and Zimbabwe. Renters carrying a valid national driving license which has been issued by a state in which no international driving license is issued (i.e., China), do require a certified translation in English or in Greek. For all other countries, a valid International Driving Permit is required along with the national driving license. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines.

Full Damage Waiver is optional and reduces the excess amount on CDW to zero - under the condition that the damage is not due to infringement of Road Circulation Code. CDW must be purchased or inclusive for renters to qualify for the purchase of FDW. FDW does not provide any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors, car key damage, the antenna, incorrect fuel, acts of God, Terrorist Attacks, during transportation by ferry without prior written authorization by the company at the time of pick up the car, wheels and tires. The Accident Statement should always be supplemented so that the insurances’ covers will be in effect. In case of car damage or a car theft, an administration fee (D.A.F.) of 25,00 EUR plus VAT and Airport Fee will be charged to the driver. This charge applies irrelevantly of party at fault. Vehicles returned with stained interior that is not cleaned with normal / common washing, client’s will be charged for 85,00 EUR plus VAT for the biological cleaning of the car. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance.

Meet and Greet location with delivery and collection at the Airport. The arrival flight number is mandatory for this service. An employee will be outside the airport's building arrivals hall with a placard to meet and greet customers and service their rental. If the customer is unable to locate the rental agent at the arrivals, then they can be found at the right hand side of the arrivals exit, about 100 meters distance next to the road's STOP sign.

(Required by Greek Law): Included Covers third parties in case of death or bodily injuries including the passengers of the rented car (except the driver of the rented car) and the damages of the third parties’ vehicles. Coverage limits: a) Third Parties Bodily Injury up to 1.300.000 €, per person, per accident (except the driver of the rented vehicle). b) Third Parties Property Damage up to 1.300.000 €, - including passengers of the rented vehicle per accident (except the driver of the rented vehicle).
