Additional Driver
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.
Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.
An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers
The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.
Age Requirements
Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21, and the maximum rental age is 70 years.
There are no additional daily fees for drivers under 25.
Cross Border Policy
Driving restricted within the country of Guyana only.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection is not available.
One Way Drop Policy
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at the time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.
Refueling Service
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1 - Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. Pre-paid gas is available at the same local fuel prices.
Option 2 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per liters will be $1.00 USD higher than local fuel prices.
Option 3 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals and redeem points at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked online by the customer, in advance of their scheduled pick up date.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked in advance of their scheduled pick up date (either online or by phone).
Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits on National and Enterprise brand rentals, but can only redeem at National brand locations. A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached in order to earn credit/points.
Forms of Payment
All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. In addition, all foreign renters must provide a passport, and local renters are required to present a government-issued photo ID or passport. A valid credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driver's license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.
Credit Cards honored: MasterCard®, VISA®
An authorization on the credit card of 130% or a minimum amount of $250 dollars plus the estimated cost of the rental, will be taken at the time of pickup. This authorization amount may be used toward damages to the vehicle, late charges, or citations incurred during the rental of the vehicle.
Debit/Check cards are only accepted at this location as a form of final payment. Debit/Check cards are considered to be any non-credit card with the MasterCard® and VISA® logos. Any other non-credit card without one of these logos is not accepted.
Cash is not accepted at this location.
Renter Requirements
Drivers must meet the locations minimum age requirement.
All drivers must present a full valid driving license. All foreign renters must provide a passport with a valid drivers license from their country of origin. Local rentals may present a passport or any other government-issued photo ID in addition to the driving license. A valid credit card in the renters name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required.
Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation. Customers can drive in the country using their drivers license from their country of origin for up to 60 days. If staying in the country longer, customers are required to obtain an international driving permit.

Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability (TPL) is included in the Time and Mileage rate. TPL provides you with liability coverage for accident related expenses not pertaining to the rental vehicle, the driver of the rental vehicle, the renter, an employee of the renter or members of the renter's household, up to the policy limits, unless you invalidate the coverage as provided in the rental agreement. No deductible applies.
