Additional Driver
Additional drivers are available for NOK 50.00 including tax per day. Unauthorized drivers are fully responsible for all damages to the Enterprise vehicles and damages caused by Enterprise vehicles. The person on the reservation is considered as the main driver, he or she should be present at time of pickup and responsible of any rental and rental related charges.
After Hours Service
After-hours pick-up service is available at this location. To set up after-hour service please contact the rental office on +4797151832. Please make sure that you can receive text messages on your mobile phone as instructions will be sent prior to pick-up. There is no fee for the after-hours pick up service.
For after-hours returns, please park the vehicle at a stall assigned to Enterprise. Drop the key in the Enterprise Dropbox in connection to the dealership. After-hours return is also free of charge.
Age Requirements
Minimum age for renting from Enterprise Norway is 18. Customers are required to have at least 1 year of driving experience. All drivers between the ages of 18 - 24 will be charged an underage fee of 100.00 NOK including tax per day with a maximum fee of 1000.00 NOK per rental. All car groups are available for renters between the ages of 18 - 99.
Cross Border Policy
Outside of Norway, vehicles can only be driven in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherland, Sweden, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. A cross border fee of 250 NOK (incl. VAT) per day up to a maximum of 2500 NOK (incl. VAT) will apply for all authorized countries and territories except Sweden and Denmark where there is no fee applicable. Ferry travel with the vehicle is permitted, provided that origin and destination country are included in the list of permitted territories above.
For all cross-border travel, it is mandatory that you have Roadside Protection (RAP) included/purchased on your rental. For more information regarding RAP, please see refer to the Roadside Protection policy.
In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require written authorization. Unauthorized cross border travels will result in a breach of contract and incur in a penalty charge of 10,000 NOK.
Delivery and Collection
Currently not offered in Norway.
One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route, and car category.
Refueling Service
Fuel service option (FSO) is offered at time of check out and price is depending on the vehicles tank size. Ask the rental agent at the counter.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations.
A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.
Pack 1 Protection
Basic package - The Basic Package is an optional service, that includes Road Assistance Protection or RAP, Tires and Windshield Protection or TWP and Personal Accident Insurance or PAI for a more advantageous price than if the products are purchased separately. CDWTP must be accepted to be able to purchase this additional insurance product or coverage.
Pack 2 Protection
Premium Package - The Premium Package is an optional service, that includes Road Assistance Protection or RAP, Tires and Windshield Protection or TWP, Personal Accident Insurance or PAI and Super Collision Damage Waiver Theft Protection or SCDWTP for a more advantageous price than if the products are purchased separately. CDWTP must be accepted to be able to purchase this additional insurance product or coverage.
Personal Accident Insurance
The Personal Accident Insurance covers the driver and passengers and provides compensation for disability, medical expenses or death in the event of a traffic accident.

Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Visa and Mastercard, are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Debit cards, Prepaid cards, cash, and checks are not accepted. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 3000 NOK for all car categories.
Roadside Protection
Roadside Protection (RAP) is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. RAP allows the customer to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as tire punctures, running out of fuel and lockouts. RAP does not cover self-inflicted situations such as misfuelling and does not eliminate the customer's deductible in the event of damage or theft, regardless of which protection you choose at the time of pick-up. RAP is mandatory for all customer's taking the vehicle out of the country. You must adhere to all rental terms and conditions to receive the benefit of RAP.
Renter Requirements
At the time of pickup customer must present a national driver's license valid in the country of pickup. All EU national driving licenses are valid in Norway. The driving license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 12 months before the date of the commencement of the rental. Pre-EU licenses should be in Latin alphabet with international remark “Permis De Conduire”.
For all non-European union renters an international driving permit (IDP) is required. IDP must be accompanied with the national driving license. IDP is not required if customer holds driver’s license of Australia, Canada, Iceland, Norway, New Zealand, Switzerland Or United States. Special requirements apply for driving licenses of the People's Republic Of China And Vietnam. Please turn to your embassies for further information.
Passport information: renters from countries with Schengen agreement (including Iceland, Norway And Switzerland) will need to present a valid national identity card or passport at the rental counter as proof of identity.
All other renters will need to present a valid international passport in roman alphabet at the rental counter as proof of identity. The above conditions is also applicable for all additional drivers, if any.
Super Collision Damage Waiver
Super Collision Damage Waiver is an optional coverage that reduces the renter’s liability in case of damage to and/or theft of the vehicle.
The Excess deductible is 3000 NOK for all vehicle categories and covers the following.
- Third Party Liability
- Damage/Collision Waiver
- Theft Cover
Please note: Collision Damage Waiver must be included in the reservation or purchased before you can chose Super Collision Damage Waiver.

Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability insurance is mandatory by law and included with all rental rates. There is no limit to the amount of Liability insurance coverage per accident for personal injury or death. Liability insurance covers per accident for property damage up to 10,000,000.00 NOK. Third Party insurance cover amounts are adjusted each year from the 1st of January. The liability insurance does not cover injury to the driver of the rental vehicle but third parties, passengers, are covered. It also does not cover the renter’s property or cover damages to a connected vehicle on the rental like a caravan or trailer.
Tire and Windshield Protection
Tire and Windshield protection is an optional coverage which reduces the renters’ financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires or windshield of the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws.
It is available for an additional fee and reduces the excess for damage the undercarriage, the tires or windshield of the vehicle from NOK 10000 to NOK 0,- .
