The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 25. The maximum age to rent is 69. Renters between the age of 18 and 24 may rent the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate Sedan, Small SUV, Economy SUV, Intermediate SUV. No additional fees apply to young drivers.

Vehicles can be driven in GCC countries and its permitted only for Saudi citizens and GCC nationals. Ferry crossings with the vehicles are not permitted. A cross border fee of 75 SAR plus Vat per rental applies. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Customers are required to inform the rental branch about any cross border travel at least 3 hours in advance. Unauthorized cross border travel will result in a breach of contract and incur a penalty charge of 5000 SAR.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

Damage Waiver does not cover: damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel or any failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started. Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: failure to secure the vehicle keys and failure to lock the vehicle, unauthorized repairs on the vehicle, failure to stop using the vehicle once a fault becomes known, use by an unauthorized driver, use by an unlicensed driver, use for hire and reward, use of vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury or damage to property, racing, pacemaking, or teaching someone to drive, use whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of the vehicle outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without our written permission, overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, towing, use off road, transporting dangerous or noxious substances, use of vehicle in a reckless manner.

Damage Waiver with Theft Protection (DWTP) reduces the excess in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified. DWTP is mandatory by law and included in the reservation. All car categories have an excess of 2000 SAR except the following where the excess is different: 3000 SAR: Intermediate SUV, Standard Van, Standard SUV, Full-size Sedan, Full-size SUV; 4000 SAR: Premium and Premium SUV, Luxury Sedan; The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged, lost or stolen. Customers are required to provide an official police report (in case of Damage), or an official police report and the original car key (provided at the time of rental) in case of Theft. Failure to provide an official police report (with the original car key in case of Theft) voids the DWTP and customer is liable for the full amount of damage caused, or the value of the vehicle in case of theft. DWTP does not cover damages to tires, windshields, or the underbody of the vehicle during the rental unless it is part of an accident with an official police report. DWTP does not cover damages whereby no third party is involved. DWTP is not insurance.

Fuel policy will be full to full. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, customer will be charged for fuel difference based on local fuel prices plus refueling fees. Refueling fees will be calculated as follows: If a customer returns the vehicle with a quarter of a tank or less (0 to 25%), refueling fees will be 50 SAR plus tax. If a customer returns with half tank (50%), refueling fees will be SAR 40 plus tax, and if a customer returned the vehicle with three quarters of a tank (75% -100%), customer will be charged for SAR 20 plus tax.

The booking duration of existing contracts cannot be extended. If the customer desires to extend their rental, they must create a new booking and visit the branch to close their current contract and execute the new booking. In case extending the rental period with the same booking, any additional days will be calculated based on the local rates. A refund will not be issued for returning the car early.

The accepted payment types for rental amount are cash, debit cards, and credit cards such as: Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. While security deposit is only accepted by credit cards.

All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Driver's licenses must be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of vehicle return (rental agreement period).Electronic or digital driving licenses are only accepted for Saudi citizens and residents.All foreign renters must present a valid passport and tourist visa at the time of rental.A valid credit card in the renter's name must also be presented upon collection of the vehicle.If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required.Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines.Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.Customers can drive in the country of rental using their driving license from their country of origin for up to 90 days. If staying in the country longer, customers are required to obtain a Saudi Driving License and inform the rental location immediately.As per local law, visitors holding an Umrah/Hajj visa are not allowed to rent, and holders of multiple exit/re-entry visas are also not permitted to rent a vehicle.In Saudi Arabia, all rentals are registered and authorised by an automated government system. For this purpose, the renter must be able to receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via email or SMS. If for any reason a renter is unable to receive the OTP, the rental cannot be processed, and a vehicle cannot be provided.In such cases, refunds for pre-paid rentals will be authorised.Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed. This may include an identity check with external partners who may check details supplied against databases to which they have access.

Passengers arriving at T1,2,3,4 must proceed to Terminal 3 to complete their rental documentation. Our Enterprise counter will be located in Terminal 3, which will handle domestic flights and also support customers arriving in Terminals 1 and 2.From the Terminal 3 arrival hall, take the elevator or escalator to the M Floor (Riyadh Metro and Tax Refund level); this level is located above the departure floor.The temporary car rental counters are located near the Metro bridge entrance.

Zero Excess Protection (ZE) is an optional coverage that reduces the applicable deductible to zero incase of damage to the bodywork, tires or glass of the vehicle. If ZE is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. Before purchasing ZE it is advised to determine, if a personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If ZE is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. ZE is not insurance.
