Additional Driver
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers can be added at any rental location and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 36.00 EUR (incl. VAT) per rental applies.
After Hours Service
This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. An additional charge of 60 EUR (incl. VAT) applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours. Please proceed to the rental counter at the arranged time to collect your rental.
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in the designated rental vehicle return area. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before placing the keys in the drop box. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle during branch opening hours. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours.
Age Requirements
Renters aged 21-23 may rent the Mini, Economy and Compact categories only. The minimum age requirement for all other categories is 24. A young driver fee of 36.00 EUR (incl. VAT) per rental applies for all renters aged 21-24 at time of pick-up.
Cross Border Policy
Vehicles can be driven within the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland except for Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle.
Outside of Slovakia, the renter is responsible for the vehicle’s compliance with local road laws, vehicle standards, compulsory equipment, and vehicle requirements. The customer is also responsible for paying any applicable toll or vignette when travelling abroad.
Cross border fee 1 of 36.00 EUR (incl. VAT) per 30 day period allows the renter to travel to Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Austria only.
Cross border fee 2 of 66.00 EUR (incl. VAT) per 30 day period allows the renter to travel to Switzerland, Slovenia, Germany, and Croatia. This fee also permits travel to Slovakia, Germany, Poland and Austria and is charged solely and not in addition to cross border fee 1 (36.00 EUR incl. VAT).
Cross border fee 3 of 108.00 EUR (incl. VAT) per 30 day period allows the renter to travel to any permitted country/countries. This fee is charged solely and not in addition to cross border fee 1 (36.00 EUR incl. VAT) and cross border fee 2 (66.00 EUR incl. VAT).
Unauthorized cross border travels will result in a breach of contract and incur a fee of 1200 EUR (incl. VAT).
Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the liability of the renter in the event of damage to the bodywork, theft or attempted theft of the vehicle. If CDW is not included in the reservation, the renter has liability up to the full market value of the vehicle. If not included in the booking, CDW is an optional coverage available for purchase.
If included in the reservation or purchased, the excess amount is 1000 EUR for all car classes. Excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged/stolen.
Before purchasing CDW it is advised to determine, if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDW is not insurance.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: rims, wheel covers, windshield, tires, interior damage, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage from riots or civil unrest, damage from dangerous substances, damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel or any failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: failure to secure the vehicle keys, failure to lock the vehicle, unauthorized repairs on the vehicle, use by an unauthorized driver, use by an unlicensed driver, use for hire and reward, use of vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury or damage to property, racing, pacemaking, teaching someone to drive, use whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of the vehicle outside of the country without our permission, overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, towing, use off road, transporting dangerous or noxious substances, willful or wanton negligence.
Delivery and Collection
This location offers a collection and delivery service which is available for corporate customers only. Vehicles can be delivered and collected during the operating hours of the location. To arrange a delivery or collection customers are required to email the branch at customer.service@enterprise.sk at least 72 hours prior to desired delivery/collection time. Delivery/collection is not deemed agreed until customer receives written confirmation from the branch. Charges for this service vary based on location and time of delivery/collection and will be presented to the customer via email after the initial request has been made.
One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as pick-up will be subject to a one-way fee. Domestic and international one-way rentals are permitted to selected locations and must be pre-booked or authorized at the time of pick-up. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location and pick up date. The exact price of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category.
Exclusive Policy
Basic rental price includes unlimited mileage, Third Party Insurance (SLP) and compulsory safety equipment. Additional optional services (products) can be purchased.
Coverage products such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Excess Reduction (ER), Tires and Windshield Protection (TWP), Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) and additional equipment (i.e. child seats, navigation, ski/roof racks) are not included, but can be rented.
Refueling Service
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank. As a customer you have a choice of how you pay for fuel:
Option 1 - Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Option 2 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per litre will be stated on the rental agreement and an additional administration fee of 10.80 EUR (incl. VAT) is applicable.
Option 3 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid extra fuel charges.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals and redeem points at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked online by the customer, in advance of their scheduled pick up date.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked in advance of their scheduled pick up date (either online or by phone). Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits on National and Enterprise brand rentals, but can only redeem at National brand locations.
A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.

Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by either VISA, MasterCard, American Express of Diners Club are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Prepaid cards, cash, checks and debit cards are not accepted. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit amount is 400 EUR for all car classes. Failure to provide a credit card in the renter’s name with sufficient available funds will lead to a refusal of rental.
Roadside Protection
Roadside Protection is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. Roadside Protection covers the costs of on-site assistance and towing (if the issue cannot be resolved on-site). The Roadside assistance services are available daily from 8am to 8pm within the territory of the Slovakia only.
Roadside Protection does not cover misfuelling, replacement vehicle keys or running out of fuel. You must adhere to all rental terms and conditions to receive the benefit of Basic Roadside Assistance Protection.
In cases of rental vehicle mechanical failure through no fault of the renter, Roadside Assistance will be provided at no cost to all renters. This service will include a tow and a replacement vehicle.
Roadside protection does not cover reimbursement for any assistance and/or similar services, which the customer has arranged themselves with an external (third party) provider.
Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a full valid driving license. All renters must also provide a valid photo ID such as a passport or EU ID card. A valid credit card in the renter's name with sufficient available funds, must be presented upon collection of the vehicle.
If the driving license is issued by a country outside the European Union, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Customers with licenses from countries who are not members of the European Union and have not acceded, seceded or ratified the 1968 Vienna Convention on Road Traffic or the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic are not able to rent a vehicle.
Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organization.
Arrival Directions
The rental counter is located in Terminal A within walking distance. Please proceed to counter located within terminal in arrivals area. Counter is on the left side and visible while entering the arrivals.
Supplemental Liability Protection
Supplemental Liability Protection (Third Party Insurance) is required by law and included in all rates. This protection provides the renter and any authorised drivers up to 1 250 000 EUR coverage against property damage. Separately supplemental liability protection provides 1 250 000 EUR coverage against bodily injury including death. The two limits cannot be combined to give an overall higher limit.
Tire and Windshield Protection
Tire and windshield protection is an optional coverage that reduces the renter's financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires and/or windshield and is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws.
It is available for an additional fee and reduces the excess for damage to the tires and the windshield of the vehicle to ZERO.
If not included in your reservation, a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is required to be able to purchase tire and windshield protection.
